貧乏です。銀行にも家にもお金無いです。
I have no money with me.
持ち合わせて無いです。恐らくATMや家に行けばお金あります。
with は一緒にと使うことが多いのですが、私と一緒にいる、つまり携帯してるかどうかです。
主語がIなのでmeになります。
