如果要選C的話，要改成would join哦！因為「事實相反」，兩句都要往前一個時態，不可能用未來簡單式（will…)。像選項（B）一樣，兩句也都有往前推一個時態。

若用will join, 那前面要改成if I [can sing]/[sing] as well as you, 代表這是有可能發生的。
