我有點看不懂你的第一個問題，所以我就假設你問為什麼要選A而不能選C
Of開頭的意思比較像是，在這些東西之中，後面的主詞這個東西是怎麽樣的
所以這邊Of all the animals 意思就會是在所有的動物之中，那後面的hummingbird 就是拿來跟所有動物做比較，而所有動物因為蠻多的，所以用最高級會是最好的選項
如果不能理解的話，就想像成「在所有的歌手之中，婁峻碩是我心中最帥的」在這個句子中，因為歌手有很多個，所以後面你要拿來比較的主詞就會是用最高級
至於為什麼不能選C，我沒有辦法講出一個理由，我唸起來就覺得偏怪，而且A非常合理所以不會選其他的

第二個問題，假如那句沒有of all the animals，其實c選項是正常的句子，蜂鳥是地球上非常小的溫血動物，我想確定，是不是前面加了of all animals，這句就必須要改用最高級，而不能像上述那樣單指蜂鳥是非常小的動物？
