文法 allの位置
で意味が変わる？という問題だと思うのですが、よくわかっていないので例文などで教えていただきまたいです。

1. The host made all the coffee, so we drank it up at the party.
2. Every one of us had the coffee served by the host at the party.

all ・both・eachに共通した使い方で
all of 代名詞→代名詞 + all の語順に変えられるんです。

all of us → we all / us all ってことです。
all of usは、このまとまり自体がどの語順にあっても、ofの後ろの名詞なのでusですが、
we allはこのまとまりが主語になっていて、us allはこのまとまりが目的語になっている、ということです。

allは普通、修飾したいものの前に付くんですが、
このときだけ修飾する代名詞の後ろにつく、というのがポイントです。
