英文2段落最終行のand pickupがbringと繋がっていると思ってしまいました、、

ゆっくり読めばwrite outと繋がってると意味的に分かりましたが、急いで読んでる時はなんかよく分からないなあと思いながら流してその先を読み進めました。

どこに気をつけるとbringではなくwrite outと繋がっているとすぐわかりますかね、、、🥲

,and（andに限らず等位接続詞は全て）は、文と文をつなぐときの書き方です。
文と文をつなぐときにはカンマをつけないといけないんです。

だから、
pick up〜は、主語がなくて動詞から始まっていても、そのような形の「文」である（=命令文である）と考えるしかないんです。
そして等位接続詞の前後には同じものがきますから、
pick up〜　と繋がっているのは、andの前の命令文だとわかります。

前から読んでいく感覚だと、
andの前のカンマまでが一息（息が続くかどうかは別として）で命令文を読んで、カンマで息吸って、また一息の命令文が始まるようなイメージです。
