關鍵在於你劃重點的the second

⭐️關代必只能用that:
1. 前面有all, every,any, no, the only
2. 前面有形容詞最高級的時候（像是the best)
3. 前面有序數的時候（像是the first, the second,the last)
4. 主詞包含了「人和事物」而非單純「只有人」（像是the girl and her dog)
5. 疑問句是wh開頭時（因為用其他的關代的話會重複）

⭐️關代必不可用that:
1. 前面有介系詞
2. 前面有逗點
3. 主詞是people和those（沒有為什麼，習慣用法就是people who和those who)

嗯那部分懂了！我還有一點不懂：如果是B的話the second boy 感覺上就會是受詞，那為什麼不能選D?

你的觀念沒有錯whom的確是代替受詞用的，可是句子裡就是有the second，所以你必須選B

也就是說，若句子改寫成
The boy______has a funny name, Dick.
那麼B和D都可以選
