Onogoroってどこだろうと思って検索してやっと話がつかめました。

記紀神話の伝説でオノゴロ島は水滴からできたんですね。それで、
関空は「槍の歯から滴り落ちる水滴」にとどまらない多くのもので出来ていてほしいと思った
っていうニュアンスですね。

moreはmany・muchの比較級ですが、数量が多いだけじゃなくて、
種類が多岐にわたるとか、内容に深みがあるとか、にも使うことがあります。
「単に～ではない」みたいな感じです。
