紫の線の文を()のとこを並べ替えて作る問題なんですけど、women weren't enough to run strong と回答して間違えました。解答はwomen weren't strong enough to run なんですけど、何故strongが後ではだめなんでしょうか？

何故strongが後ではだめなんでしょうか？　⇒　なぜなら、①women weren't enough ②run strong の意味が不明だからです。
women weren't strong（女性は強くなかった）は意味が通じますが…。
