(因為受詞被置前了)
可以在它原本的位置或者一起置前
I saw the girl.
You talked to her.
I saw the girl (whom you talked to).
I saw the girl (to whom you talked).
回答你的問題，介係詞可以放哪裡
你還原句子就可以了~
例如第三句
They could watch the sunrise from the mountain top.
-> which they could watch the sunrise from.
-> from which they could watch the sunrise.
都是可以的

但英文不是只有grammatical與否的問題
還有風格跟readability(可讀/易讀性)的問題
As a general rule of thumb (大體上而言)
倘若介係詞離它的受詞太遠 (就是先行詞/形容詞子句修飾的字)
就會置前，倘若很近，就留在原處
你可以想想為什麼會這樣，其實很合理。

*若沒有隔太遠，口語上習慣留在原處
硬要置前反而會聽起來很古英文
很像你是從18世紀來的
像我上面那個例句。
