求in/by comparsion&in contrast的差別，我知道意思是相較之下，可是⋯套在句子裡面就不會運用。

就我所知
comparison較多時候是表達相似之處
例如：His comparison of the heart to a pump helped the children understand its action. 
是比照幫浦和心臟的相似處讓小孩易理解
而contrast則是多用於強調差異
例如：It is easy to perceive the contrast between their material prosperity and the emptiness of their lives.
就是強調物質富足但生活空虛的差異
