11)は、できるようにする　の意味であるenableしか当てはまりません。
彼女のお金のおかげで、彼女は好きなだけ旅行することができた。
14)は、ほとんど〜ない、の意味のある　
little 。
15)は　(君がパトリックの誕生日を思い出させてくれなかったら、忘れていたよ。)

実際はあの時思い出させたのを、「してなかったら」と言っているので、仮定法を使うといいかと思います。

前半部分は「あの時〜してなかったら・・・」と過去の話をしているので、【had+過去分詞】という形を使います。
後半部分は「今〜かもしれない」と現在の話をしているので、動詞に【would】をくっつけます。
