1. the other感覺是指一個明確範圍裡，兩者之中剩下的另一個；Another是單純的指另一個。非限定，因此用another 。
但如果Andy說 "yes, there are two banks around here. one on First Street, and the other on..." 也是合理的。
2. either/neither...or...的句型才要看後面人的be動詞。
