請問為何第四題不能選D

My name is Danny, and I am a guide dog. My job is to help my friend
Peter, who 1. some eye-sight problems. Today was the first time I led him
to school. Before we went out, Peter had to put on my harness. That meant

should是應該，是帶有一點命令語氣的
但是作者把應該是Peter的好朋友（導盲犬）
所以文法上他沒錯，但是語氣上和語意上會有點奇怪
