B跟C的意思在這題都說得通，重點是名詞子句的文法：當兩個名詞子句「並列」的時候，前面的that可以省略，但是後面幾個that因為離動詞太遠，所以一定不能省略！

如果把B還原，就是Leona is glad [(that) she can…] and [ that they will… ].
至於C應該要改成 Leona feels happy [(that) she can…] and [that they will…].
第一個that可省可不省，第二個that不能省略
