16的情境下兩者都順 (但我個人仍然第一時間會選exhausting...有點細微)
18的問題就比較明顯，這邊放exhausting有兩個問題
1. intense exercise (劇烈/高強度的運動) 才較符合後文所跟的 "Feet pound on the pavement, shaking all the...organs."
這裡用exhausting (很累人的) 很奇怪
2. intense exercise算是一個相對常見的組合，這你可以google一下就知道
exhausting exercise也不算錯誤，但是相對少很多這樣子組
但這也只能你的閱讀量夠大才知道

這題如果學測真的這樣考我會覺得有點意外...確實考得非常的細
能對的學生應該非常少，你不用太在意
