11. 完成式基本用法：已經xx了好幾個月了 -> have +Vpp for months
又整篇文章是過去式（可能是今日比賽完，晚上在寫日記），所以變成 had+Vpp

12. 這是單字用法的問題
win 後面常跟 a/the + game/race/competition/war/battle/election 等"事件"
不能說 win a champion，但可以win the championship 贏了總冠軍賽
(注意正確用法，名詞前面都會有冠詞)

crown (v.) 有一個固定用法 be crowned + (King blablalba / blablabla champion)
語意上大約為加冕為王/授免為某某冠軍的意思
這邊的champion是當作專有名詞使用，所以不用+冠詞
學起來就好，不用太在意

13. 上一句講說他一直以來都很想要贏得一場比賽的冠軍
後面接 "因此，當我一聽到這個比賽時就立刻報名了"
用as soon as 來表達這個語意
