這是現在完成式
have/has + Ved(過去分詞）
只是剛好read 三態都一樣（ read read read ）
所以這裡的read 不是一般V喔，是過去分詞
因為是現在完成式，所以選A- neither have sisters
1. 一樣否定
2. 時態相同，sisters 兩個人所以用have = neither have sisters = sisters have never read an English book ,either.

不選B也就是是時態不一致
跟beV也沒關係喔
