長文問題は全部読むべきですか？
問題解こうと思っても、問題できかれてそうな英文の前後見ても一部分しか揉めないので文の意味がわからないのですが、全文読む時間がないです

これは私の場合ですが、私は問題を読んでから全文読みます。問題読んでからだと、全文読んだ時に答えわかるからです。長文だと、大体の内容つかむだけで大丈夫だと思うので…

私は全部読むべき派です。

なぜなら聞かれているところを本文の中から見つけてそこだけ拾うように読むというのは結構難易度の高い技だからです。変に難しいことをするなら大人しく全部読んだ方が早いし理解できます。

もちろん、最初から最後まで気合い入れて全力で読む必要は必ずしもないと思います。「あ、この辺設問の答えになりそうだな」と読んでて思ったら気合い入れて読むという緩急を付ければ色々と大丈夫かと。

どのような問題があるかによるというのも正直なところだと思います。
たまたまパッと長文の中で書かれてそうなところを見つけて、拾い読みした方が早かった問題。前後の文脈等も考慮して解かないといけないような拾い読みで解くのには向いてない問題など、色々な問題がきっとあります。
何が来ても良い様に私は普通にもう最初から読むようにしています。

しかし拾い読みの方が自分に合うという方ももちろんいるでしょうからそこは色々試してみて自分に合った解き方をすることをおすすめします！
