問３は内容を２つ書く問題なので「こと」で文を止めた方がいいです。だからおっしゃる日本文で問題ありません。

守る“こと” と できる“こと” の部分で『こと』が2回使われているということですか？
そのことであっていましたら国語のテストでもないですし，しっかり意味が通っていると思われますので減点されないと思います！😽
