(Mr. Lin and his sons, Jason and Bob, are in the living room.)
Mr. Lin: Come and sit down, sons. Now, let's talk about it. Who's going to talk first
Jason: Me. I was hungry when I got back home from school. I went into the
kitchen and saw some hot dogs on the kitchen table.
Mr. Lin: So you ate all of them?
Jason: Yes, Dad. That was what I did
Mr. Lin: Did you ask Mom or Bob before you ate them?
Bob: No, he didn't. He was really rude!
Mr. Lin: Calm down, Bob. I'm talking to your brother.
Bob: Sorry, Dad.
Mr. Lin: Didn't you know the hot dogs were Bob's?
Jason: No, I didn't. I'm sorry that I didn't ask first.
Mr. Lin: We all learn from our mistakes, son.
Jason: I know. I'm sorry, Bob.
Bob: It's OK.
Mr. Lin: Good! These are my boys!
