今回の感想、難しかったところ
Date
今まで、参加してみたいなとは思っていたんですが、テストなどで
なかなかできませんでした。だから、今回が初の参加です。
特に難しかったのは、文が非常に長くなってしまって、(特に2段落
の最初の文)主語がどこで、どの文節がどこを修飾しているのか
などが分かりにくいのではないかと感じました。ですので、その後は文が
長そうになったら区切るなどしました。また、調べた言葉の直訳が
英語にはない言葉(特任教授とか)、いくつも訳し方が出てきて、
日本語のニュアンスに近いものはどれかと悩んだ言葉も難し
かったです。日本語の文で主語、目的語が曖昧なものも英文では
ハッキリさせる必要があるので、よく考えて訳してみました!
