I also used convenience stores when I traveled in Japan. They were really convenient, and
many people would like to keep them the way they are. Although it may be hard for the
store staff, I hope convenience stores can stay open 24 hours a day.

これを分かりやすく短い言い方にします。

その形で→ 形で

日本語として読みやすい文にすると
今のままの形で続けて(ほしい=would like)

単語に区切って訳してからさらに読みやすく意訳するのも面倒なので
そのままにしておく/そのままの状態で続ける
