添削お願いします。the Karuta 、the rule であっているのか教えて頂きたいです。
どのようなときにtheをつけるのでしょうか？

“The”は直訳すると「その」になります。

なので”the rule is very simple” であれば、「そのルールはとても簡単です」となります。
「その」って何かな？って思った時に文を見ると「カルタ」になるので大丈夫です。
ただ、最初の分の”the Karuta”は、今の考え方で言うと「そのカルタ」となります。
どのカルタ？となってしまうので、Karutaの”the”は必要ありません。

あともう一つポイントとしては“the”は固有名詞の前にはつきません。
(固有名詞→ ある一つの事物特有の名称として用いられる名詞。織田信長、東京、アメリカなど)
だって、”the Oda Nobunaga”とは言わないでしょう？

質問者ｻﾏの分を正しく書き直すとすれば、
“I want to play Karuta with your sister. I think that it is easy for her, because the rule is very simple. I hope that she will enjoy and like it.” となります！
