世界史 ロシアは1829年アドリアノープル条約で、ボスフォラス海峡の商船通過を許可された、とありますが、1774年にも商船の通過を認められており、 その後1809列強の妥協により全ての国の軍艦が航行禁止となった(世界史の窓より)とありますが、1774から1809の間で、いつ、何が原因で“商船”通過が禁止になったのですか？
