これを訳すと「韓国では子供の半数(=50%)が9時間以上睡眠をとる」になります。韓国のグラフを見ると10時間以上睡眠をとる人の割合が13%ですね。9時間以上睡眠をとる割合がちょうど50%になるとき、Xに入る数値は50-13=37となります。
