この文章の先行詞は the date and times で、関係詞の本来の文章は
you will be at the academy the date and times. という形でいいでしょうか？

これが正しいです。
もとの文章も前置詞がないのは誤りですね

なら納得できるのですが。突然省略がおきてたので、何かおかしいとおもいました。
TOEICの公式問題集でも間違いはあるんですね。

アメリカ人が慣用で使っていれば(正しくなくとも)載るんです。
