(第二段)這個龐大的人口量也雖之提升了水的需求量。雖然6月到11月的雨季會帶來大量雨水，但雨又急又快，會打破水管，使水淹沒馬路、無法
使用，那些髒水接著流進人的家中填滿每個角落。極度炎熱的天氣和老舊的水管使這個城市每年浪費40%的水資源，人類再不重視的會水
分很快的會枯涸。
(第三段)富有的人會建造水塔留住水，但貧窮的人就無法享用除非他們付錢。有些人會挖水井來取得乾淨的地下水，但會使墨西哥城市部分區域
