兩句用關係代名詞which合併，which代替後句the library,
in which搬到前面並改為where

帶入that文法是沒有錯誤的，但語氣會像是，Frank在問Ann：欸，他說他會來，你怎麼說沒有？
Ann只好說：我不知道他要來啊！

但題目裡Frank是回答he said he would.
代表ann才是那個疑問的人，語氣像是：欸我不曉得他明天會不會來欸，你知道嗎？
Frank才回答：他說他會哦。

我實在不曉得他明天會什麼時候來欸。

一樣，沒有文法錯誤，但對照Frank的回答，帶入when就變得答非所問了

一樣沒文法錯誤，只是Ann開始質疑人家為何要來了，像是不歡迎人家呢哈哈。
