Guess what! I started going to the public library in my city. I sometimes have to
get some information for my homework. My father suggested studying at the
public library. I'm a member of the library, so I can use it for free. I like studying
at the library, but it's far from my home. It takes 20 minutes to cycle there. Do you
think that more people will use public libraries in the future?

1文目のIt seemed like〜の所は、likeが前置詞で前置詞の後に文は置けないので、接続詞のthatにするかthatを省略してseemedの後ろにすぐyou enjoy〜でいいと思います。
3文目のamong your schoolのところが、amongは人の間でって感じのニュアンスなので、in your schoolもしくはamong the students of your schoolの方が適当だと思います。
個人的には最初の方の3行の話より、聞かれてる問題に関してもっと意見や根拠を付け足して補強した方がいいのかなと思います
