telephone通常是指室內電話（座機）
從put it in my mouth和 created ten more of the same photo just like that 可以知道是指影印機（copy machine)
不知道是否有解答到你的疑惑～

但是為什麼影印機可以傳e-mail?（右邊的4、5行）

如果用設定的話，有更進階功能的影印機應該是可以吧？我不太確定，可以搜尋看看，說不定有更多特殊的功能！ 但照這題來看，沒有比copy machine更好的答案了
