這裡也不是分詞構句喔，這是動名詞作主詞growing up without either of his parents是主詞，turned是動詞
意思是「在沒有父母的情況下長大這件事 把Issac變成一個焦慮而且有時有點暴力的人」

這題就是句子有點長有點難懂，但你可以從一些小地方看出來
像是and前面有個逗號，and前面會有逗號大致上是兩種情況
第一種是接了很多東西的最後一個，像是I was disappointed, irritated, and frustrated.
第二種是接了兩句話，而這裡就是屬於這一種（因為如果按照你最一開始的想法，連接sent跟grown只有兩個，照理來講不會逗號）。
