要先了解形容詞子句是怎麼來的，他是兩句話因為有兩個同樣的名詞所以用關代合併在一起，譬如說I have a book.跟The book is great.那就可以寫成I have a book which is great.
因此你可以試著把C選項也拆成兩句話，你就會得到
The handsome man is a doctor from England.還有The handsome man in the museum.後面這句話是沒有動詞的，因此不合文法。
如果要改的話可以改成The handsome man is in the museum.這樣一來把the handsome man改成關代就會變成that is in the museum
