can't help作為「不禁」有兩種用法
1. can't help V-ing 這裡help作為及物動詞，後面接動名詞，例如I can't help crying。
2. can't help but VR 這裡的but是對等連接詞，也就是連接了原形動詞help與後面的動詞，因此後面的動詞也要用原形，例如I can't help but laugh。
而help後面加不定詞的用法如下：help (sb.) (to) VR，然而這句話所呈現的意思與can't help V-ing/but VR，這句話的意思是幫助（某人）做某事，例如I help you to understand this grammar，因此如果一句話寫I can't help you to cry意思會變成我沒辦法幫你哭
