副詞は時や条件を表すものと覚えておくといいかもしれないです！例えば①だと、「もし雨が降ったら」が条件になります。この条件が成り立ったと仮定して、主語がどうするかを表す文なので、副詞節の場合は現在形を使います。
また、その節をitに置き換えて成り立つのは名詞節です。
