第４文型 :
主語 + 動詞 + 目的語(誰に) + 目的語(何を)
I give you a second chance.

↓書き換え

第３文型 :
主語 + 動詞 + 目的語(何を) + 前置詞 + 誰に
I give a second chance to you.

命令文の場合は、主語がなく動詞が文頭に来ますが、同じように「目的語(何を)」+ 「前置詞」+「誰に」の順序に置き替えます。

第３文型 :
動詞 + 目的語(何を) + 前置詞 + 誰に
Show that picture to me, will you?

この調子で残りの問題も解いてみて下さい。
3は第３文型になってます。最後の部分は、on又はfor my birthday. に。
4の第３文型は、主語 + 動詞 + 目的語(何を) + 前置詞 + 誰に + for Mother's day. になります。
