(1)は、3枚目の画像の問題ではないようなので推測ですが、「日本語を勉強するため」と言いたいんだと思います。
It is a good way to learn Japanese.(これは日本語を勉強するのにいい方法だ)という文章は正しいですが、その回答では文法的に間違いです。

(2)は暗記になりますが、
「月に2回」＝twice a month
「週に3回」＝3 times a week
のような表現なので、間にofはいらないです。
