wheneverは高校で習う事ですが、「いつでも」という意味です。whoever「だれでも」wherever「いつでも」と何かと便利な単語なので覚えて損は無いかと！あと細かいかもしれませんが、1つ目の理由は「スポーツ番組があるべき理由」であって「より多くのスポーツ番組があるべき理由」ではないですね…
