英文の意味を読み取ることが出来ても、問に答えることができません。
初歩的なことからでもいいので問への答え方を教えてください。

Mother Oh, that's right. John, don't worry. It'll be sunny

まず、質問文の主語と動詞をしっかり押さえて答えを作ります。
例えば質問１だと、
質問文「ジョンの明日のプランはなんですか」で、主語がJohn's planで動詞がisです。
なので、主語を代名詞Itにして動詞を続け、
It isから答えを始めます。
その後に「ピクニックに行くこと」を続けたいので、動詞のgoにtoを付けて不定詞の名詞的用法にします。
It is to go on a picnic.
こんな感じで、聞かれた質問文の主語と動詞を崩さないようにまず配置して、続きを本文から拾ってきます。

日本語で訳すと合っていても、英語で答えるときには質問文の文法に沿って答えないとバツになります。
練習すれば法則がつかめると思うのでがんばってください。
