　ということは受動の意味をもつ過去分詞に変える必要　　　　　
　があるということです。
⑺canは助動詞ですよね。
　助動詞の後は必ず原形です。

続けて質問して申し訳ないのですが、(2)の質問文はなぜ受動態にしてないんですか？

受動態は、be + 過去分詞　のかたちをとるので
このようにすると動詞がexperienceと合わせて２つになってしまいます。

分詞では直前の名詞を説明することができます。
