想請教一下圖片中第4題 為什麼不是ture呢？

我的理解是：
Bret的shirt想要找更大的size，他應該請服務生幫忙

答案卻是False
所以服務生不能用在這個地方嗎？🤔

然後第5題看不太懂
就單字都會但句子組在一起卻不知道他要講什麼
