I think it is important to give people I love.
(愛する人に渡すことが大切)という意味で書きました。
質問に対する答えとして、文法的に間違っているところはありますか？

このままだと、「愛する人を渡すことが大切だと思います」になってしまうので、I think it is important to give to people I love という風に「to」をもう一つ入れることで『を』が『に』に変わって伝わると思います。
