這樣會比較好：「my grandparents gave me a big bribe.」

這樣會比較好，只要時態搞清楚就沒什麼問題唷!

「At that time,I was really sad. I am able to do meaningful things For example,I can spent that money to buying some books or learn something interest about me.」
總結你的問題：
1.時態可以再抓的清楚一點
2.to後面是加原型動詞，不會加過去式喔!例如你打的I could spent money “to bought” book or to learn something interest about me.
3.記得句首要大寫
4.spend後面的動詞要加ing
