そこでO＝人、C＝Informed→人が知らされている。人は受動の形になっていますね。
しかしinformingですと→人が知らせている。人は能動の形になりますね。ここで英文を見てみましょう。テレビは現在の出来事を人に知らせている、と読めますね。そうすれば人は現在の出来事を「知らせている」または「知らされている」能動受動どちらが正しいでしょうか。もちろん受動ですね。

keepの後ろにoneが入っているからではないでしょうか？
