There is no…後ろに不可算名詞が来る場合に使われます。例えば→There is no water left
There are no…後ろに加算名刺が来る場合に使われます。例えば→There are no cars in the park.
There is not any…後ろに不可算名詞が来る場合に使われます。例えば→There isn’t any milk in the fridge.
There are not any…後ろに加算名詞が来る場合に使われます。例えば→There aren’t any singers on the stage.

また、There is/are noとThere is/are not anyの違いは、前者は「ないです」の「ない」の部分の声色を強めて強調するようなイメージがあり、後者は「一切ないです」「全くありません」といったイメージがあることです。
