I will never forget you no matter what. no matter what happens でももちろん大丈夫ですが、実際は no matter what（文末に置きます） だけ言う人がほとんどです。
I am held responsible for saving many lives at this hospital. 「負う」(負わされている）という微妙なニュアンスを 敢えて held で表現しました。「責任がある」だけなら、"be responsible for" で大丈夫です。文脈がないので.... 患者は in this hospital ですが、医者やスタッフお見舞いの人なら at this hospital と言うので at this hospital としてください。
