｢レックスを見かけた｣ が過去
｢彼だと分かる｣ が 現在

後ろに、現在 の内容が来てるので前にくるのは、過去の内容

よって、分詞はhaving + p.p.を使う

(Rex) has seen Ron という文を先に考えて、分詞に直す
