Do you think it is good for elementary school students to have smartphones?

Yes, I think so. I have two reasons.
First, elementary school students can search quickly with their smartphones when they have any problems or difficult questions. Second, they can be used to using them. They will have more chances to use them in the future. Therefore, I think it's good for elementary school students to have smartphones.

Used toは習慣や状況に慣れることです。ですが、もしそのような意図でこの文を使っていたのなら usingはなしで大丈夫です。
