1枚目ではyesterdayだけの副詞なのに、2枚目ではnot until yesterdayまでの前置詞句にどうしてなるのかがわかりません。
また、1枚目が前置詞句で、2枚目は副詞になりませんか？

(not) until yesterday という前置詞句が副詞の役割をしていて副詞句、なら正しいです。

untilが前置詞ですから、その後ろのyesterdayは名詞ですよね。
I went to the musium yesterday というときのyesterdayは副詞ですが
今回のuntil yesterdayはそれとは違います。
