I don't think that it is benefical for workers to change. jobs often because it is hard for them to work and make new calleagues. First, to change jobs makes workers tired. If you start to work at a new office, you may be depend on doing a lot of tasks. Moreover, you can get less saraly than you worked before. Second, it is difficult to make a friend. If you change jobs often, you cannot make calleagues whom you can consult. It is hard for your mind. Some people say that changing jobs gives them new career goals. However, I think it is possible to make career goals without changing jobs For these reasons. I don't think that it is benefical.

2段落目の最初は、｢仕事を始めたばかりだと、色んな人に仕事を頼まれやすい。｣みたいな内容を伝えたかったです！

でしたらdepend → depended(受身)にすると意味が通るようになると思います。

ちなみにですが、英文和訳ではbe asked to Vで(v
するように頼まれる)と訳させる文章も多いです。

この文章自体には目立った文法ミスはないって感じですかね？

may be depended の受け身系の間違い以外は意味が通るようになっているので、目立った文法ミスはないと思います。
欲を言うのであれば
If you start to work at new office の一文も
When you start working at new placeなどと言う書き方の方がニュアンス的には伝えたい文章に近いんじゃないかなとは思います。
ただ、英検の筆記試験は減点方式と聞きますので、主語述語を明確にして文章の意味を通るように書く。スペルミス、時制ミスをなくす事でしっかり得点できると思います。
