2 Christina was born in Ireland in 1944. Her family was very poor. Her mother died
when she was just ten years old and her father did not look after his children. Christina
lived on the streets with her brothers and sisters until she was sent away to live in an
orphanage. She left the orphanage when she was sixteen, and lived in a park. One
night in 1971, Christina had a dream. In her dream saw many frightened and hurt
children. Above the children was the word 'Vietnam'. Christina decided to go to Vietnam
